1. Information we collect

Most pricing pages can be used without an account. When you sign in, we process your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider details, session data, approximate location, browser details, and security logs. Product submissions may include product information, a website URL, submitter email, workflow status, and payment identifiers.

2. Analytics, cookies, and advertising

Authentication cookies keep accounts secure. When enabled and permitted by your consent choices, Google Analytics and Google AdSense may process page usage, device information, approximate location, cookie or device identifiers, and advertising events. You can control cookies in your browser and manage Google advertising preferences through Google's tools.

3. Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. AICost stores the Stripe session or event identifier, payment status, amount validation result, and submission reference; we do not store full card numbers.

4. How we use information

We use data to operate and secure the site, authenticate users, review submissions, process payments, maintain pricing records, respond to corrections, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and may process Worker requests, D1 database records, cache data, and uploaded assets. Google may provide authentication, analytics, consent, and advertising services. Stripe provides payment processing.

6. Retention and your rights

We retain records only as long as needed for operation, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.
