1. Acceptance

By using AICost, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Pricing information

AICost provides research and estimates, not financial, procurement, legal, or tax advice. Providers change prices and terms frequently. Verify material decisions with the linked official source.

3. Calculator estimates

Calculations depend on the token volumes, request counts, pricing tiers, and assumptions you enter. Actual invoices can differ because of caching, batching, tools, storage, fine-tuning, regional pricing, credits, discounts, and taxes.

4. Accounts and submissions

You are responsible for account activity and for ensuring submitted text, links, logos, pricing, and product information are accurate and authorized. We may edit, reject, publish, archive, or remove submissions to protect quality and safety.

5. Paid listings

Payment covers the stated review and listing workflow; it does not guarantee a positive review, ranking, traffic, or continued publication. Refund handling follows the terms displayed during submission and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, submit malware or deceptive links, impersonate a provider, interfere with the service, or republish a substantial portion of the database in a way that harms AICost.

7. Third parties

Provider sites, authentication services, advertising services, and Stripe are operated by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, AICost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from pricing errors, provider changes, service interruptions, or decisions based on estimates.
